10-day water fast + Jillian Michaels "Master Your Metabolism" Diet..will I lose weight?

I’m 17yrs old. F. 5’5". about 150lbs. Previously suffered from an eating disorder several months ago and have gained all the weight back during recovery and now am committing to becoming strong and healthy. I’m going to start with a 10day water/tea ONLY fast and I was wondering how much weight I would lose? and should i exercise during a fast? Then, after the 10days is up, I’m going to be following Jillian Michael’s "Master Your Metabolism" meal plans to eat the right foods for my body and get my hormones back on track and working properly, which, in turn, promotes healthy and "fast" weight loss because the body isn’t under any stressful conditions and being starved. So, just wondering, how much weight can I lose on a 10day water fast, and basically only eat fruit, veggies, little dairy, and whole grains (I’m vegetarian=no meat)??? After the fast I will start to exercise at LEAST 30min a day.
I NEED HELP/ADVICE!!!
