500 calories per day, excersise and 3 months….. weight loss??
Ok, I weigh 91.2 kg, 175cm tall and have 3 months to weigh 70kg. If i go on a 500cal diet, would i get my results? how much weight will i lose per week? I eat about 1800 – 2000 calories per day and i dont eat any junk or fatty foods at all. Mainly just healthy stuff. And with the diet i will excersise 60 minutes 5 times a week. Please answer!!!

you wont lost weight eating 500 calories a day, your body is going to store food instead of using it as fuel. you’ll go into starvation mode– google it. keep up the exercise and healthy eating and stick to about 1200-1400 a day minimum 1000 maybe

Before you listen to everyone saying the 500 cal diet does not work. Be advised, it does. After speaking with my family doctor , I started the 500 cal diet while being monitored by him. I was given B6 and B12 supplements, and consumed alot of water (gallon a day). In a matter of 2 weeks I lost 20 pounds, along with exercise 4 days a week at an hour a day. After 6 weeks I have increased my calorie intake to almost 1000 a day. I have not lost ANY muscle mass, in fact have gained strength. Keep in mind the first 2 weeks is very hard, but you can find things to help you get through it. But most of all, do your research and find what works best for you. Talk to your doctor, and take whatever we say with a grain of salt. Find what will work for you.
Yes, if you eat 500 cals a day, you will lose weight. The exercise is great, too.

Well, the long-term results are easy. After significant weight loss, you will gain it all back and more. This is a starvation diet and will eventually cause your body to go into starvation mode (believe me, you don’t want to know what sort of food binges can result from this). Your metabolism will be shot, and you could sustain lifelong health problems.

do not do that. you will get sick, be week, and lose all of your muscle. you won’t be able to exercise for 60min a day like you said. you look up the weight program Super Squats. you will gain lots of muscle but lose all of the weight you want.

500 cal/day is NOT HEALTHY !!!! Any weight loss more than 1 to 2 lbs a week is not a healthy choice !!! Also, losing at a rapid rate is a sure way to YOYO diet. You will put the weight you quickly lost back on and THEN some. Talk to a nutritionist , keep a food journal and make healthy food choices.
You didn’t mention how much you have been exercising currently. Will the 60 minutes 5 times a week be completely new? Talk to your physician before starting a new workout routine. 60 minutes of some exercises burn more than other routines, so there is no way to calculate how many calories you will be burning from your information.
Eat healthy, exercise and you will be proud of your body for a long time to come.
