Can one small bag of licorice allsorts a day or every other day completely sabotage your weight loss? ?
I eat very healthy, and I am a vegetarian, but i am finding it extremely hard to lost weight, even though i work out 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. I drink plenty of water, and I have developed a licorice allsorts habit, so I eat one bag every day or every other day. Can this really sabotage my weight loss efforts when I eat so healthy?

It doesn’t sabatoge it but the sugar doesn’t help. Try eating dried fruits in between (so like licorice-nothing-dried fruit-nothing-licorice) thats cuts your sugar intake in half and should help you with vitamins and such as well:)
