How can I get a figure like Kate Moennig (Shane, The L Word)?
For those who don’t know her…
She’s got a very androgynous look (which I rather like) and I know she’s pretty much got a boy-figure. But I really would KILLLL to have a body like hers!!
At the moment I’m 5’8 (roughly the same height as her) so that makes her quite a good idol for me, haha. Also I read somewhere that she’s 107 pounds, which is SO skinny. I mean, I’m 126 lbs and for my height that’s bordering on underweight. But anyway… I was just wondering, despite the obvious weight loss (which I’m aiming for anyway) are there any particular exercises/workouts I can do to achieve this figure?
I’ve noticed also that she has very skinny, muscular hips. I mean, they’re actually like boy hips – as opposed to mine, which at the moment are about the most feminine pair of hips you can get (not necessarily a good thing!) I know running and hip-twists and things like that are good, but I really would like a little more detail. I’m aiming for a body like Kate’s by the summer – around the end of July/beginning of August. I just really want to know how to do it.
Thanks in advance <3

Honestly, most people with a figure like her’s are just blessed with good genes. I’m sure she works out, but I bet not as much as you might think. Obsessing over being like her will only end in frustration, trust me, been there done that. Be your own hot sex-object. Sounds like you have a good start on it already.
I’m not sure why you are idolising her, when you stated yourself that you’re bordering being underweight as it is. Being underweight doesn’t look good. It just looks bony and horrible and if you obsess too much, you’ll risk developing an eating disorder. That’s not cool.
You’re healthy, so maybe just try some exercise to tone up.
