		<description>Okay so I am the same height as you and used to weigh 180 and now weigh 148. It takes girls longer for girls to lose weight and can get really frustrating but trust me stick with it, it&#039;s definitely worth it. I am very active and ate around 1,500 calories a day which is a lot less than you&#039;re supposed to but I ate a lot of &quot;luigi&#039;s italian ice&quot; which has no calories and fills you up. Also I did the whole mini meals method which basically means you eat 5 small portioned meals a day which keeps up your metabolism and don&#039;t eat within 2 hours of going to bed. If it&#039;s possible I&#039;d recommend exercising in the morning instead of before bed because exercising wakes you up and that&#039;s the last thing you want late at night. But if you do different variations of crunches, is what I found most effective. I have time warner cable and with it come and exercise on demand channel with a lot of different tips and types of exercises that actually work. Also once you start to lose the weight it starts going quick. Then typically you&#039;ll hit a plateau for a little while which is where I am right now and you have to find a new way because your body becomes used to it. Don&#039;t get frustrated while you&#039;re waiting to lose it, It literally took me a month to start losing anything but after that it drops like crazy.
