How much weight did you lose on your water fast?
Water fast = drinking only water for a certain amount of time for weight loss and healing, for people who are just going to criticize this question.
What was your starting weight, final weight at the end of the fast, and did you keep it off?
Thanks

I’m 5"5.5 started off at 136 lbs and water fasted for about four days and got down to 123 lbs. I was so overwhelmed by it all (I had fainted during day 4). I was able to get down to about 118 by recovering and working out. Right now, however, I’ve gained some weight back. I am not 123 or 118 anymore, I’m 128 lbs but that’s because I eat a looooot of junk food now. I am going on a water fast again (starting tom) for a week. Hopefully, this time, I’ll prepare for the after fast regiment of eating little by little and not attacking a buffet!! I like the feeling of hunger, its not so much on the weight but you feel something spiritual after
30 pounds 210 to 180, i did not keep it off.
I do water fast every thursday night, but not for weight loss, but for helping meditation. I know you are not looking for this answer, but if you really want to lose weight permanently, try vegetarian diet, keep porstion size small, more frequent meals, drink lots of water and exercise everyday. Eating no food slows down your metabolism and eventually you will gain more weight than you lost, so you have to ask yourself whether it is really worth it. Good luck!

I have tried it and the weight just goes straight back on once you eat normally. People tend to even put on more weight after it because you have slowed down your metabolism. I wouldnt recommend it.
starting wt – 226
ending wt – 172
lost on a 15 day water fast, have kept most of it off for about 6 mo now
The first three days SUCKED, I was so hungry. But then at the end, it was really hard to start eating again, I just wasn’t hungry, and my decreased appetite lasted a few months. I did eat, of course, I just had to remind myself, and I didn’t need to eat as much to feel full.
I don’t want to criticize just warn you that if you water fast too long or often it will SLOW down your metabolism and could end up making you gain more weight. You need not go veg – although that is a good option. Eating right is simple so is getting a little more exercise – taking the stairs instead of the elevator but I feel that it is just as important to make your metabolism work for you. You need to take the amount of calories you eat in a day and instead of eating it in three meals eat it in six smaller versions. You can easily find healthy options for doing this on the internet.
with water fast u can reduse 3 to 4 k.g. weight
Hello,
Doing this diet….YOU WILL NOT KEEP OFF THE WEIGHT. Not only this, but theres a very, very good chance that you will gain more weight than when you started. For everyone looking for a shortcut to losing weight? There is not one! And there really doesn’t need to be. The path is already very short if you are well informed and stick to a good healthy diet. Think about how much time you waste looking for fad diets and buying weight loss pills or shakes……if you would be working out and simply eating healthy that whole time, guess what, you would have already lost the weight!!!
