How to continue weight loss goals during ramadan? need to fast for a month?
Ramadan is just around the corner and I have to fast for a month, how can I continue my weight loss goals? I can’t eat or drink water until sunset so I assume i’m not going to be working out at all but i’m afraid of bingeing at the break of the fast.
Any suggestions?

the best thing is to continue to eat normally even though you will feel like binging when you end your fast
