How to continue weight loss goals during ramadan? need to fast for a month?

Ramadan is just around the corner and I have to fast for a month, how can I continue my weight loss goals? I can’t eat or drink water until sunset so I assume i’m not going to be working out at all but i’m afraid of bingeing at the break of the fast.
Any suggestions?
