Is 1400 calories per day too much to lose weight with exercise?
I try SO hard to eat 1200 and it fails because I’m ravishing the next day..
Would 1200 + exercise put me in starvation mode, or get me faster results?
(unfortunately, i feel like the latter is the truth…dang)

Lose the weight slowly by eating a good healthy diet and exercise, around 1800-2000 calories per day because if you don’t eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and doesn’t burn up any calories and when you eat normal it stores all your food as fat. About 2lb per week is a good amount to lose to keep it off. I have tried all diets in the past 30 years and the only one that works is a healthy diet and exercise for the rest of your life. I am now a diabetic.
You should eat at least 1800 calories a day to lose weight healthily. Truth is, if you don’t eat enough calories, it’ll be harder to lose weight. 1400 calories is not enough.
