How can i loose the fat off my stomach?
hi, i am a sixteen year old female, and i am very into keeping myself fit and healthy. i have a BMI of 22.3 (according to an online calculator). My stomach is quite toned, but you cant see it, due to a layer of body fat. Its not huge but it is there. I was wondering how you would get rid of this? Or at least minimize it, like what exercises you would do. My diet isnt as ideal as i’d like it to be, but i am trying to cut down on the sugar and lollies. Any advice is appreciated thanks
P.s Please dont say i dont need to change because my BMI is in the healthy range, this is not about losing weight its about having a slimmer looking body. Thanks

Is this a healthy weight loss plan?
I’m a new vegan and I’m a little worried that my life change may cause me to gain weight. I’ve heard both ends of the spectrum "you’ll get fat with all the extra carbs" and "you’ll lose weight since you won’t be eating so much greasy food and you’ll have to think about what you’re eating more". So I bought an exercise bike and intend to use it at least 30 minutes a day, on top of lowering my calorie intake to around 1200-1500. I have about 10 pesky pounds that I would love to lose but I’m not in any rush for that to happen because I don’t want to starve myself or anything like that….but I am curious as to how long it would take for me to start seeing results from the exercise and diet change.
I forgot to add this earlier, but I’m not 100% sure how much I weigh. I recently moved to germany and the movers wouldn’t let me pack my scale because of the type that it was. The last time I weighed myself I was at 129 (and have lost about a pants size since), my BMI is about 20 I believe.
