FAST WEIGHT LOSS . . . the natural way?!?!?
I’m a female, 18 years old, 5,5 1/2" and 132 pounds. I want to drop 4-6 pounds by May 23. My plan is to do cardio for an hour 4 days a week, and weight train for 20 min one day a week. Also, I’ll supplement all drinks for green tea (twice daily) and water. And I’ll have 5-6 small meals a day containing 200-300 calories per meal (most meals containing veggies or fruit).
With this regime is it possible for me to lose 4-6 pounds in time for May 23? If not can you recommend some things I can do please? (No diet pills, crazy fad diets/fasts though) kthx!!

Anyone have a fast weight loss plan?
My doctor told me she wants me to lose weight as quickly as possible (I recently lost 20, with about 90 to go to reach my healthy range). She told me to walk, and suggested a diet high in veggies and fruits and so on, which I have been following. My prob is my knees hurt so bad with walking! Everyone says once I lose the weight it won’t hurt anymore, but it’s really hard! I had a time of depression (I’m going through a divorce from an abusive man) alongside an inactive thyroid. Does anyone have a fitness plan that won’t hurt but can help me get this weight off quicker? I’m not a good swimmer, and can’t go under water because of ear problems, so when I tried swimming, I got a very stiff and painful neck from keeping my head out of the water. I have a bike. What kind of excercise burns most calories? How can I get the fastest results?

Exercise and Calorie Crunch for a Month, but No Weight Loss?
Okay, last time I exercised and dieted, I was able to lose around 3 lbs in 2 weeks. That was only around 2 months ago. I did the same exact thing for the past month, yet apparently I still have not lost any weight? HOW? For most of the time, I’ve have actually weighed MORE than what I was originally.
I don’t know what the reason is. People keep telling me it is because I am only doing cardio, but that worked for me all the other times with losing weight. Also, I changed my diet so I was eating exactly the amount I was supposed to sustain, 1900, while burning at least over 700-900 calories daily. That was because people also said that eating way too less would harm your body and diet.
Even though, according to what I’ve calculated, I started at 175 and lost around 17000 calories, yet I still weigh 175 and even 176 when I weigh myself in the mornings after using the bathroom the night before without eating in the past 12 hours.
When you asked me how much I exercise, I did low/high impact cardio exercise for 2-3 hours daily with some situps thrown in around every 45 minutes. >>

I could exercise 24/7 and still see no reduction in my post-menopausal waist size. Is liposuction it?
I am at my wit’s end. Doesn’t matter what I do, eat, drink, anything. I’ve gained 10 pounds of fat over the past 3 years, and it has all settled very "happily" on my stomach area. That is a lot of fat in such a short time period. My weight is still within the "average" range and I am seriously contemplating liposection.
Yes! I have read and read and read about need to restrict calories and exercise! Been there, doing it. Not working.
Anyone have any experience or knowledge of surgical success for this type of fat reduction?
