question for………….EXERCISING!?
Hi, I am looking to get a flat tummy…..I am 15, and I weigh..maybe 200 pounds. We aren’t rich and don’t have money for diet pills or anything like that, I only want natural exercising…I would just like to know what the best effective exercise is best for quick weight loss. I was also wodnering if Sit ups, and crunches and all those really works…we walk every day and I have a pair of Shape-Ups from Sketchers.

what are some weight loss tips fo teens?
i am a 13 (14 in october) year old girl. i weigh 124 pounds and would like to get to 115- 120. i would also like to tone my stomach a bit. for about a week or 2 i have been using a treadmill for 20 minutes each morning before i eat, doing 3 sets of 15 crunches and trying to cut out Sugar (not working as good) i want to try to loose the weight and look good before october. i could also use some motivation. so if you can share your own experiences or give me some advice, tips and any other information that would be great. also i need to know how to avoid Sugar.

Good weight loss plan?
I began my diet Nov 06 and I weighed 180 lbs. Taebo & atkins helped me lose a good amount of weight. Then I hit a plateau (got depressed and then basically quit working out as hard but have maintained all the weight off). I weigh 149 lbs now. I want to lose about 25 more lbs (i’m 5’4").
So I started my diet again. I run 1 mile at 5.0//5.2 mph on the treadmill for the past couple of days. I also do lots of crunches and occasionally jump on the elliptical for 10 minutes. The running is extremely difficult, but I somehow make it and run 1 mile without stopping. I also use weights at home and do bicep/tricep exercises throughout the day. My diet consists of mainly vegetables and now I’m thinking about incorporating some foods that are high in fiber.
My question is … Is this an effective plan for weight loss? Is 1 mile on the treadmill everyday enough cardio? I want to lose 15 lbs by new years… Is that feasible?

What are some great beginning exercises for weight loss?
I’m on the Acai Berry diet
I’m excited.
I’m wondering,
I already have an exercise plan, but i want others opinions.
What are some good beginning exercises i could do? (Please, nothing extreme or anything with heavy gym equipment.)
I bought a step-up with a DVD, i tried it a few times, it’s fun.
I’m also doing more crunches.
Taking about a 20 minute fast walk everyday.
And am thinking about riding my bike
anything else i could add???
