Is there any type of exercise to help lose belly fat? I want to lose 10-15 pounds of stomach fat in time for August. Is there any type of exercise to help me with my "fat" problem to lose enough weight?.. i want a slimer look .
Yeah , but can I have some routines too? I wanna try a routine for me to lose like 15-20 pounds by August 2nd because im going on a summer vacation and i want that slim look . Routines? no crunches or sit ups pleasee lol

What are the best foods to eat to lose weight?
I am combining my weight loss diet with exercise daily. I already eat rice, salad, fat free salad dressing, fruits (mangoes, apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries) and I do have the occassional oatmeal cereal for breakfast. I walk (60 min), do the elliptical (45-60 min), weights(5lb), and crunches 500 a day. I either try to walk or do the elliptical depending in the weather, but I do either.

What are good exercises for weight loss?
My workouts are 30 minutes long everyday. I do 20 jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 40 crunches, and 10 leg lifts. However, I don’t think that’s enough. Are there any other exercises that can help me lose weight besides the one’s I’m doing?

do i need to lose anymore lbs if my bmi is at the normal range???
I calculated my BMI using an online calculator so I guess its somewhat clase it said 18.9. I am 34 5’11 177 and recently started a gym about a month ago and go 4 to 5 times a week. I have been focusing on doing cadio and have been eating correctly. i recently lost a lb the last week after changing my diet to one with less calories and eating all day basically and drinking water. I still have somewhat of a belly.
Should i continue on my diet or focus on my cardio and situps and crunches and see results in a month or two.
O yea i did start the gym attempting to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time. I found that you cant do it.
I dont know if I should continue to get down to about 168 of so then begin a muscle gain program.(eating more protein)
Thanks for the responses, i think i am fairly healthy but far from a health nut. I have alwaz normally been involved with basketball (34inch vert which i would like back) so i intented to get an 9-12 bmi, is that even possible for a old guy like myself now. But getting a flatter stomach has been my main focus so how long will it take with this diet. Anyone know approximately I dont wanna wait a year hopefully but Im patient
