weight loss water fasting for 7 days?
i’ve gained alot of weight over winter and i feel really uncomfortable, i’m wanting to get back in shape so im kicking of my diet with a 7 day water fast.
does anyone know how much weight i will lose?
i’m 5’3 and 128 lbs, i used to weight around 114 :/

10 day fast how much weight loss?
hi, i was wondering what the average weight loss per day would be on a 10 day water fast if your starting bmi was 17. ie if you are not overweight when you start the fast. i was thinking it would be about half a kilogram / 2.2 lbs per day?
also, would like to hear from anyone who has done this for longer, and if so how long is it safe to continue consuming water only.

What should I eat after a 10 day water fast?
What should I eat for the next few days after my 10-day water fast?
I just came off a 10 day fast where I drank only water and ate nothing. THe first 2 days sucked but overall it was a great way to detox my system, and it gave me lots of energy. I guess the only thing I didn’t think about before I started was this: What do I eat first? This fast was not a weight-loss plan (I only lost 2 pounds anyway) but I still DON’T want to gain weight when I start eating. What’s the best thing to start back with? Should I go the next week on vegetables or something? I just don’t want to gain weight because my weight is ideal for me right now.
I am not thinking about doing this – I already did it, so don’t lecture me please! Also, I am NOT overweight, and I did NOT fast for weight loss – it was for detoxing and also spiritual reasons.

weight loss on a 40-day water fast?
I am about to embark upon a supervised 40-day water fast. I will drink only water for 40 days (no other food will be consumed). How much weight can I expect to lose?
I am a 20-year old female, 166cm tall (5’5"), and weigh 83 kilos. I have recently been unwell, and over the past 3 months, have gained almost 30 kilos. Please advise me.
Please note that I am aware of dangers etc. I am however, being supervised medically, and it is on the advice of my medical practitioner.

Minimizing weight loss during water fasting?
I am planning on doing a 10 day water fast in the next couple of weeks. No solid food or juice, only water and maybe some supplements of green food, psyllium husks (for fiber) and bentonite. I’m 5’11 and weigh 140 now and have just started becoming more active working out and the like. I don’t really want to lose weight during the fast, especially muscle, and am wondering if anyone has any experience on how much I would lose, or any tips on minimizing weight loss during the fast?
Also, while I appreciate the concern, water fasting is different than detoxing and those differences are what interest me in doing what I am doing. Adding things like juice, etc. defeats the purpose of the process. I have done my research and have experience with fasting in the past, so please, refrain from the comments regarding the "negative", albeit fictitious, health aspects of fasting. Thanks,

One day water fasting. Any weight Loss?
I’m seeing my recruiter this Monday about enlisting in the air force. Last time I went he told me to lose some weight. In short I did lose that weight. However I want to look the best that I can Monday. The nurses I work with tell me that I should fast and only drink water all of Sunday to be safe. I could care less if it only lasts a day, as long as I’m lower on Monday for when he weighs me. I can lose more during the 8 month waiting period for Basic Training if need be.
Will this one day water fast help me any? If so how much do you think? Any tips for last minute weight loss?
