Will this be an effective weight loss diet?
I do know allot about fitness and good workouts but i just want to know for sure that my plan for the next month is gonna be a good one!
i’m 18, im about 5’8 and weigh around 8stone 4 …in the next week or so im starting a new diet. I’m joining the local leisure centre and applying for a months membership where im going to swim everyday for an hour and do a weight workout and 15minute run everyday at the gym after swimming, i’m also gonna be on a low carb and high protein diet.
what changes will i see in a month and will it help to structure out my face?
