How many calories should i have per day if trying to lose weight?
I’m 5’7 and 167 pounds. I’m aiming to lose at least 30 pounds by November. If that seems unrealistic, when should i be expecing to get my weight down? I need to know how many calories i should take in per day if i’m expecting to lose the goal weight. Also, if you have any QUICK and SIMPLE exercises i can do maybe before bed or something, that would be awesome. i don’t have alot of time during the day, especially when school starts up again.

How do you not shrink down to nothing after having a weight loss surgery?
I was just wondering how you do not go to severely underweight after having a weight loss surgery. Because my moms friend got one and has become really skinny, so how do you stop losing weight once you have reached your goal weight?

Hi guys i need a little advice…
So im over weight, like alot. And i’ve dieted before. Last summer i straved myself and ate basically nothing. I drank tons of water. And at the end of the month im happy to report i was down 30lbs! 30 pounds in one month i thought it was amazing! Everyone was taking notice. But somthing bummed me out and i started to eat again. I put the weight back on plus some. So now enough is enough im thinking about losing it all! So this is the **NEW** diet plan im thinking of doing.
Okay so instead of starving myself. I was thinking of just eating one small meal around dinner time and still drinking nothing but water. Im thinkin about doing this for about 5-6 months. Until i reach my goal weight!
So basically i wanna know what yu think of this diet. If yu think its safe. Why or why not What would be a better one to try..I want explained answers if possible! =] thanks a bunch!!!!!

when will i start to see a difference in the mirror?
i’ve been on the weight watchers online plan for 2 weeks and lost 7lbs so far! really good i know and i’m happy about it. there were even some days which i ate too much and didn’t even track. i have a beautiful 3 month old baby boy and gained 70lbs during pregnancy!!!! i lost half of it in the first 2 weeks pp. i now have 28lbs to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight although i want to lose another 40lbs or so. i was over my ideal weight when i got pregnant. i’m just having a hard time looking at my flabby overweight body
it really gets me down. i’m just wondering when i’ll start to recognise my body again. when i lose 10% of my body weight? it’s hard to stay motivated when you lose but don’t yet see a difference in the way you look. anyone else been through this and know when you start to see a big difference??
i’m 5’7 and 178lbs, pre-pregnancy weight 150lbs, goal weight approx 135lbs.

why is trimspa not safe for ages under 18 and what does happen if you do take them?
i know that trimspa does work with some people and doesnt with others, and have heard of the heartburn and other side effects including not knowing what it can do in the future. but what make this so dangourous to someone under 18? my friend, who is 16 takes them and has lost 40 lbs off them [my goal weight to lose.] she’s had no side effects or anything. so im wondering if this is safe to try.
