Fast weight loss, $500 if I win?
Lemme start out by saying I’m broke. I’m really, really broke.
There’s this competition going on at my gym to see who can lose the highest percentage of body weight in 60 days.
I need to win.
I’ve been trying to lose weight for about 2 years, and recently gained like 15 pounds. (yikes, I know..)
My stuff=
age: 16
gender: female
height: 5’4"
weight: 150lbs
activity: light/medium (I go to the gym every day for 1-1.5hrs, but apart from that I’m sitting around)
I’m aiming to lose 15 pounds in the next 16 days, but I’ll be happy with 10.
How many calories do I need to eat to lose that weight? I don’t care if it’s **really low**, it’s just for 60 days. So anything above 600 and less than 1000 is fine with me.
Yes, I know that’s unhealthy, but I NEED TO WIN. And when it’s over I’ll start eating a "healthy" amount of calories.
How much water should I drink?
Do slimfast shakes work?

What does my BMR mean in my weight loss?
I recently started counting calories and calculated my BMR. The site told me my BMR was 1398 calories per day and my total energy required 1678 per day. I don’t really understand what that means as far as how many calories I should consume. No rude answers please, just looking for some information.

How many calories should i take in while trying to gain muscle?
I’m trying to gain muscle for the simple reasons that I want to be healthier, bigger, and hotter to girls at my school, but i’m kind of stuck, I don’t know what my diet should consist of or how many calories i should be taking in while trying to gain muscle. Please help!!!
P.S. – If it helps to know I work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I give myself Wednesdays and weekends off.
