I started the atkins diet this sunday and I have already lost 2 pounds… I wonderd if I could reverse the aging process by losing weight… Is this possible?

I'm looking to lose weight.. any tips?
Hey there! I’m a seventeen year old girl, and I weight about 155 pounds.. and I stand at 5’2". The thing is, I sound quite heavy for my height, but I’m not really that big.. I have muscular-ish thighs and a ghetto butt.. so that could be where a lot of the weight is.. xD

But I’d still like to shed a few pounds, despite that. I’m not exactly chubby, or fat.. but I feel as if I could afford to lose some weight. I’ve started to drink a lot more water, because I heard that it’s good for weight loss.. but otherwise, I’m not sure what to do.
I live in a family that doesn’t exactly support me in losing weight, in the sense that they won’t go out and get healthier foods for me to snack on and such. T__T
Any good diet tips that worked for any of you?
P.S- I’m not trying to lose a ridiculous amount of weight, I just want to shed about 10-15 pounds. I’m being realistic. xD

Exercise and Calorie Crunch for a Month, but No Weight Loss?
Okay, last time I exercised and dieted, I was able to lose around 3 lbs in 2 weeks. That was only around 2 months ago. I did the same exact thing for the past month, yet apparently I still have not lost any weight? HOW? For most of the time, I’ve have actually weighed MORE than what I was originally.
I don’t know what the reason is. People keep telling me it is because I am only doing cardio, but that worked for me all the other times with losing weight. Also, I changed my diet so I was eating exactly the amount I was supposed to sustain, 1900, while burning at least over 700-900 calories daily. That was because people also said that eating way too less would harm your body and diet.
Even though, according to what I’ve calculated, I started at 175 and lost around 17000 calories, yet I still weigh 175 and even 176 when I weigh myself in the mornings after using the bathroom the night before without eating in the past 12 hours.
When you asked me how much I exercise, I did low/high impact cardio exercise for 2-3 hours daily with some situps thrown in around every 45 minutes. >>

How can i loose the fat off my stomach?
hi, i am a sixteen year old female, and i am very into keeping myself fit and healthy. i have a BMI of 22.3 (according to an online calculator). My stomach is quite toned, but you cant see it, due to a layer of body fat. Its not huge but it is there. I was wondering how you would get rid of this? Or at least minimize it, like what exercises you would do. My diet isnt as ideal as i’d like it to be, but i am trying to cut down on the sugar and lollies. Any advice is appreciated thanks
P.s Please dont say i dont need to change because my BMI is in the healthy range, this is not about losing weight its about having a slimmer looking body. Thanks

chest pain question..should i get a reduction?
i just started getting chest pain around an hour ago and its kind of hurting. i chewed 4 tums and it helped a little. but here’s where i’m kind of worried. my father has heartburn too but he gets it from spicy foods. i don’t eat spicy foods. i’m 5-5" and weigh 180 pounds my stomach size is around 41-42 inches. i used to be 51. i am i THINK 40c. do you think i should get a reduction to help? sometimes i get back pain and its aggrivating because my dad doesn’t believe that there might be something wrong and my fiancee’ thinks i’m fine the way i am. i’m losing weight for MY HEALTH and he doesn’t want me to lose any. i been building pounds of muscle and i been eating 900-1000 calories and doing crunches and walking for 30-40 minutes. i read that weight in your chest can be a serious health risk. at my age, height, and weight, do you think my size is right? i dont know what to do about this pain in my chest. i just want to be healthy and fine. i start my gardasil shots tomorrow and i dont think that would affect my health
