Ok, now that we have *NO SPAM* straightened out, what I want to do is a little something to clear out the muck in my system and then start in on a weight loss protocol. Even if there really isn’t anything "bad" to get rid of, I just think it better to begin with a clean slate, and get the ball rolling easily. I’d return to the other food groups once I got the ball rolling in the "let’s get healthy" direction.
So would it be alright that for a week or two I did a semi-"fast" and only ate fruits & vegetables/drank water & tea?

How many weight watcher points are in vegetables? (These certain veggies)?
I don’t have any lettuce, we forgot to get it, but we got a lot of other vegetables.
I cut up about 5 radishes, half a cucumber and half of a green pepper and am eating that. I put some salt on it, too. So I was wondering how many points that would be? I found a site with point values on foods, but it’s not reliable to the calculators I’ve used. I used the calculator on each individual vegetable and it comes up 0 points on them all. I just want to make sure that’s right before I eat anything else later. Thank you.

What should I eat for the next few days after my 10-day water fast?
I just came off a 10 day fast where I drank only water and ate nothing. THe first 2 days sucked but overall it was a great way to detox my system, and it gave me lots of energy. I guess the only thing I didn’t think about before I started was this: What do I eat first? This fast was not a weight-loss plan (I only lost 2 pounds anyway) but I still DON’T want to gain weight when I start eating. What’s the best thing to start back with? Should I go the next week on vegetables or something? I just don’t want to gain weight because my weight is ideal for me right now.
Some of you need the read the entire question!!! I am not thinking about doing this – I already did it!! I am NOT overweight, and I did NOT fast for weight loss – it was for detoxing and also spiritual reasons.

8th grades next year and i have a plan to get a 9 month makeover. I’m obese, and i don’t exactly have a good looking face, but my problems on my face i can take care of, and i have a plan about the obesity, i will also get a better style. I’m planning to be finished with the makeover during winter break. Do you think i’ll get peoples attentions? How do you think the people in my school will react? I really wanna know!
