I'm gonna have a Big Makeover! Questions about weight loss, style, acne, etc. (Btw im a dude) Help ! 10 points?
I’m a guy that going into 8th grade next year and i have a plan to get a 7 month makeover. I’m obese, and i don’t exactly have a good looking face, but my problems on my face i can take care of, and i have a plan about the obesity, i will also get a better style. I’m planning to be finished with the makeover during winter break. Do you think i’ll get peoples attentions? How do you think the people in my school will react? I really wanna know! Also don’t write down answers like dont change yourself for someone else please :] I know that i will meet people because of my new look but then they will get to know me and my cute personality (not conceited). I know ill look really hot.

No Sodas, Sugar, Really Salty Food, Oily food, Fast Food, or anything not in its natural state.
My diet consists of Lean Meats, Lots of vegetables, Lots of Fruit, Nuts, and a lot of water.
Whey is what my protein shake will be made of.

Is it good? What should I change?

Me; i’m 15 years old and i weigh 170, i really want to loose weight, off my tummy, and legs. about three weeks ago, i use to weigh about 178-180, and i’ve lost about 8 pounds already, because i was on the atkins diet. i really hate my body, i hate the stretch marks, i think im too big. so i REALLY wanna loose weight, before i go back to school, to make a good impression on everyone.
Atkins diet; its a diet thats in four phases, in the first phase, its about two weeks, and you can eat all the meat, egg’s, and some vegetables you want, drink water, diet pop. you just can’t have sugar or carbs.
*yes i am aware that some people find this diet to be unhealthy, but it worked for my uncle, and he’s healthy.
exercises; i wouldn’t say that i was fat, cause im not FAT, i have some fat on me, but im also not in the greatest shape.
can someone give me a meal and work out plan.

Does this seem like an effective weight loss plan?
Hey everyone, just thought i’d ask for a bit of advice on my new losing weight plan ![]()
I’m looking to lose about 1 stone, but it’s nothing urgent so i don’t need some crash diet, just something i can sustain i guess
If it’s important i’m currently just under 10 stone and 5"11
This is what i’m planning to do:
Breakfast: 25g of cereal (muesli/ fruit&fibre) – 150 kcal
Snack at approx 10.30 : oatcake or fruit – 40 kcal
Lunch : oatcakes/ crackerbread/ ryvita etc. , celery, fruit ?? – 200 kcal
Snack at approx 4: oatcake or fruit – 40 kcal
Dinner: erm not too sure about this, maybe like a small amount of rice/ potatoes and then mainly vegetables/ tofu/ quorn (i’m vegetarian)
So what do people think?
And if that sounds good how long do people think it will take me to shift the weight ;D
I’ve also just joined the gym and will try and go 3 or 4 times a week
What sports or classes do people reccomend?

Good weight loss plan?
I began my diet Nov 06 and I weighed 180 lbs. Taebo & atkins helped me lose a good amount of weight. Then I hit a plateau (got depressed and then basically quit working out as hard but have maintained all the weight off). I weigh 149 lbs now. I want to lose about 25 more lbs (i’m 5’4").
So I started my diet again. I run 1 mile at 5.0//5.2 mph on the treadmill for the past couple of days. I also do lots of crunches and occasionally jump on the elliptical for 10 minutes. The running is extremely difficult, but I somehow make it and run 1 mile without stopping. I also use weights at home and do bicep/tricep exercises throughout the day. My diet consists of mainly vegetables and now I’m thinking about incorporating some foods that are high in fiber.
My question is … Is this an effective plan for weight loss? Is 1 mile on the treadmill everyday enough cardio? I want to lose 15 lbs by new years… Is that feasible?

What should I eat after a 10 day water fast?
What should I eat for the next few days after my 10-day water fast?
I just came off a 10 day fast where I drank only water and ate nothing. THe first 2 days sucked but overall it was a great way to detox my system, and it gave me lots of energy. I guess the only thing I didn’t think about before I started was this: What do I eat first? This fast was not a weight-loss plan (I only lost 2 pounds anyway) but I still DON’T want to gain weight when I start eating. What’s the best thing to start back with? Should I go the next week on vegetables or something? I just don’t want to gain weight because my weight is ideal for me right now.
I am not thinking about doing this – I already did it, so don’t lecture me please! Also, I am NOT overweight, and I did NOT fast for weight loss – it was for detoxing and also spiritual reasons.
