I'm gonna go through this teen weight loss thing, HELP ME?!?!?!?
I’m a guy that going into 8th grade next year and i have a plan to get a 7 month makeover. I’m obese, and i don’t exactly have a good looking face, but my problems on my face i can take care of, and i have a plan about the obesity, i will also get a better style. I’m planning to be finished with the makeover during winter break. Do you think i’ll get peoples attentions? How do you think the people in my school will react? I really wanna know! Also don’t write down answers like dont change yourself for someone else please :] I know that i will meet people because of my new look but then they will get to know me and my cute personality (not conceited). I know ill look really hot.

Im gonna fix my teeth ,acne, shave, better style, and smell better, better hair etc.
Ok so im 14 years old, 236 lbs, 5’8, Obese. Im gonna start a 210 day weight loss plan that includes, classic p90x, 15 min weights, 10 in cardio, P.E(freakin difficult ugh), and walking a lot, not to mention having a good diet. I will also do lots of weight trainin!

Is it even remotely possible for an eight grade to have a body like that?
and another question: Do girls like it when a guy in middle school has a ripped body and muscle and isnt scrawny?like a body like taylor lautner instead of a medium scrawny guy?
BTW: I KNOW I WONT LOOK LIKE TAYLOR LAUTNER I JUST WANT TO HAVE A BODY LIKE HIS AND I WILL WORK HARD FOR IT PLUS HE WAS ONLY 16 WHEN HE GOT THAT BODY SO THATS LIKE A 2 YEAR DIFFERENCE AND I KNOW GUYS WHO ARE 14 AND HAVE A BODY LIKE HIS!

fast weight loss–i don't care if it's healthy?
ok, so i want to lose at least 10 pounds before spring break.
15 would be preferable.
here’s my plan..
food:
breakfast-granola bar
lunch- —
dinner- oatmeal
* only water, no snacks
exersize:
1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of weights everyday
mondays and saturdays-1 hour of pilates
wednesdays- 1 hour of yoga
at least 3 hours of dance everyday (i’m a competitive dancer, so it’s like jazz, ballet, pointe, lyrical, and tap classes.)
umm…does that sound like it will work?
**i’m 5’9”, 148 pounds…if that makes a difference in how fast i’lll lose the weight.
if you have any suggestions please let me know..i’m desperate. i don’t care what it is, i’ll do anything to not look fat in a bikini

i have 20 days left in a weight loss contest at work for a 500 dollar prize. i have been going to the gym roughly 3 times a week to do weights and ab workouts for the past month and have for sure seen a difference. my wasteline has gone down a bit, my tummy has also gotten a little smaller. however my man boobs or moobs are still fairly big. Any tips for how to lose lots of weight in 20 days?

Tips for super fast weight loss?
I need to lose as much weight as possible in the next two weeks. I work out every day, I eat well and I am currently on a soup diet. I bought Senokot laxatives today, but am unsure how well they work for weight loss, and what brands might be better? I am taking Hoodia and water retention pills as well. I know this weight loss will not be long term, but it is for a really special occasion. Please help!
I should have mentioned that I have been boxing for 7 months now. I train three times a week (weights, circuits, pads, sparring) with guys twice my size. (I am 5’2 female.) I try to run or go to the gym other days.
I am 8st11 / 56kg.

Weight loss plan and diet for 17 year old male …?
I’m extremely serious about losing weight . Im 17 years old , male , 5’10-11 and my weights been going up and down between 224-230 . But i dont want to be in the 200′s , period . I havent been fat all my life i’ve been skinny for like 60% of my life , then i just started gaining weight . But im not happy with the way my body looks , im definitely to young to look like this (i dont look that bad im and ex football player) . I want to lose 50 pounds by march of next year .
