So how many calories do you think I should eat per day to lose weight?
I’m 26, I weigh 113 kilos. I vary between sedentary and reasonably active in my daily activities, and every day I walk for half an hour to 45 minutes, and do a half hour workout (weights, situps, etc). How many calories approximately should I eat each day and how much weight would I lose per week?

HOW MANY CALORIES DO I BURN WORKING OUT EVERYDAY?
I HAVE DECIDED I NEED TO LOSE A FEW POUNDS (I AM 5’4” AND WEIGHT 9 AND A HALF STONE) AND I HAVE STARTED DOING SOME SORT OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY. I ENJOY WORKING OUT AND I ALSO DO IT FOR GENERAL WELL BEING.

How can I lose a lot of weight relatively fast?
I am about 80 pounds overweight, and am away from home for school.
I would really like to lose as much of that weight as I can in the next 87 days. My ideal would be to walk up to my family in the airport and have them not recognize me.
What healthy things can I do to lose as much weight as possible in the time I have?
I am considering going on a water fast, but have yet to hear conclusive information from a credited source about the positive or negative impacts of that.
I am 20, male, vegan, 6’2", 290 lbs, and currently lift weights 3 times during the week, and play soccer on sunday nights. What else can I do to boost my weight loss?

How can a 13 year old guy lose some stomach fat?
Hey, my name’s Chris and I am hoping someone can help me with some questions.
First of all let me tell you about myself. I’m 13, I weight about 150, and I have some stomach fat that I’m really urging to lose. I used to be super skinny in the 6th grade and under, but I was homeschooling for 7th. Since I was alone at home and everything I began eating more than I ever have and I got fat. I went from being somewhere in the 80′s to being in the 120′s. Slowly every 2 months or so my weights been rising… 130… 140… etc.
I’m SUPER active….on my computer. I’m wondering if this is a problem because I love making animations and games in a program called Flash. I spend all of my time on my computer. Is this a reason for my chubbiness? I mean, I’m not OVERWEIGHT but I have some fat here and there.
And also, I don’t want to get buff. I’ve searched the internet for weight loss help and all I’ve gotten is programs for people in the 20s and 30s who need to have these extreme diets and workout routines. What do I need to do?
I know I need to exercise and everything but that’s where the questions come in, because there aren’t many other kids in the neighborhood to go out and play ball with, etc.
So Q.1, what exercises should I do? Daily? Weekly? (Btw. I have a pool, but it’s still pretty cold.)
Q.2, what kind of diets should I go on? Like what foods should I eat everyday, and what foods should I stay away from?
Q.3, do girls like chubby dudes? Okay, the 3rd one was a joke, but really, I do want to get skinny. I’m tired of being a fat ass loser.

Need help on gaining muscle mass and answers on whether im overtraining.?
First of all im 16 and have been going to the gym for 4 months now,i love it, doing each upper body muscle workout on the same day 3 times so 3 sets of 10 bench pressing, then 3 sets of 10 bicep curling, doing each individual muscle once until ive done them all finishing on the abs then starting again and doing pec flys, preacher curls, etc i would do another exercise again after going ROUND EACH muscle groups finishing on a different exercise. So really i have done 9 sets of 10 on each muscle group. (chest, bicep,triceps, shoulders, back, abs, 3 sets of 10 by 3 different workouts ). Am i over training here? i do the same session every weight day and varying cardio on cardio days. over time ive seen some great improvements for weight loss but not as much for muscle definition. A typical week looks like this: Weights monday, tuesday cardio, wednesday weights, thursday rest, friday weights, saturday cardio (swimming) sunday rest. I am 6 ft 2 and weigh 160 lbs. My nutrition is high protein foods moderate carbs and low fats, i drink alot of water and i am on NO supplements. Should i train each individual muscle on a different day? I would be very grateful if someone can answer my questions and offer me some advice.

What are some short, at-home weight loss exercises? Also- some good healthy snacks?
Hey- I’m looking for some short (half an hourish: or at least less than an hour a day), at-home weight-loss exercises. I don’t have much equipment- just a weight bench (missing the leg part) and some weights (obviously). It doesn’t have to be instant results- just something that will prevent me from gaining and weight, and lose some as well. I know diet is important too- I think I eat pretty healthy, no fast food or anything- but what are some good, healthy snacks? I generally end up eating some cookies or chips or something, which I’m sure isn’t helping.
