        Can you reverse the aging process by losing weight?

        I started the atkins diet this sunday and I have already lost 2 pounds… I wonderd if I could reverse the aging process by losing weight… Is this possible?

          Vegetarian weight loss?

          I became a vegetarian about two months ago and never turned back. Since then i lost nearly 16 pounds. I would like to speed up my progress a bit and i still dont have that great of knowledge with vegetarian foods. i still eat a lot of pasta, rice, and bread, so if there are any suggestions or tips out there please let me know

            Weight loss support..?

            So, im just starting this new weight loss plan. I’m doing an exercise routine from the November 2009 issue of Shape magazine. I’ve only been doing it a couple days now, and I’m finding that I’m not able to get through it all. Will I get better the more I do it, or should I try something else out?
            By the way- just so no one thinks that I’m trying to only exercise and get a good body, I’m not- I’m eating more healthily but have already decided that I don’t want to completely diet, I’d be bound to cheat eventually, you know?
