Okay so i weigh 192 height 5’7. I am a girl. My weight loss goal is 50 pounds in 10 months or a year. So losing about 5 pounds a month. What is the best way of not getting loose skin? I heard if you get it you need to get surgery D: scary. I need any weight lose advice, exercise. Running Mon-Thur for an 1/2-hour. Then all Friday’s Gym. Then i plan to just take ALL of junk food/fast food and drink only water. I can treat myself to something after i lost 5 pounds. Would this work? What other advice can you give me.
