Shedding Pregnancy Weight?

I had twins nearly 5 months ago. When they were born I was about a size or two smaller than I am now (from water loss, etc) but I gained some weight with Christmas and all. I’m breastfeeding both boys but am likely going back to work soon (2-3 weeks). I want to start losing some weight now so I can fit into my work clothing which is about 2 sizes smaller than I am now. What’s the best way to go about doing that?

Remember:
-I have a 3 year old and twin (almost) 5 month old boys
-I have minimal time to exercise, so I want the best most efficient workout for the shortest amount of time
-I’m prepaired to dedicate some time everyday
-It’s too cold out (I live in Canada) to take the twins out with me for a walk, and nobody else is around to watch them

      Weight loss plan – tomorrow?

      I wanted some Opinoions on if you think this is okay to eat for tommorow remeber i have school so i cant have 6 small meals per day. what do you think i could improve on like exercise and the meals? thanks x

      Breakfast: six table spoons of special K with purple milk better that semi skimmed and a banana
      lunch: 2 brown bread with chicken and tomateo on and the speard is flora the blue one and a orange
      dinner:2 chicken enchiladas and Vegtables

      Exercise:1 hour of a dvd workout ( davina)
      Exercsie: 1 hour mixed of Jogging,running up and down the staris sit ups and push ups sqauts

          what is the best slimming pills?

          I want to loss 30 pounds really quickly and i try exercise and I do eat right. I am good at maintaining my weight but not so good at loosing it.
          I gain weight because I stop smoking and really depress.
          Last summer I was a size small and this summer I am a size large .
          Just want to go back to normal!
