Weight Loss, when will i see results?
I have taken stock of my life and decided to adopt a life style change. I eat low calorie and low fat foods and have started to do exercise in the evenings, this ranges from 40 minutes to 1hr 10 minute workouts with medium intensity, depending on what time i get home.
I would say my daily consumption of food consists of –
Breakfast – 1 large banana and 1 low fat yogurt.
Mid morning snack – Fruit.
Lunch – SlimaSoup.
Afternoon snack – Fruit.
Pre workout snack – Red bull drink and 1 banana.
Post workout meal – Steamed vegetables or stir fry with either chicken or sardine/mackerel fillets.
I am on my 4th day of doing this and so far it is going well. I work in an office so energy use during the day is nil, but i wondered if anyone knows how long it will realistically take to see some results if i continue with the above.
I thank you all in advance for your responses.
I won’t be signing up for Acai thanks, i tried a free sample, paid postage and then got ripped off by the company. They stated that as i paid for postage i had unknowingly entered an agreement where they tried to take .00 from my account and in return they sent me 30 Acai tablets each month.
Thanks but no thanks.

You should see some good results on the scales but it will be a couple of weeks before you can see the changes physically, but keep it up it will be worth it!x
I’d say a couple of weeks before you really start noticing a difference. Even if you lose a pound a week it’s still an achievement and you should be proud of yourself.
Once you start seeing the results, when the weight is falling off, your feeling better not only physically but mentally, that’s when I think it’s really rewarding. I’ve maintained a healthy diet for years and feel fantastic most of the time.
Good luck and keep at it, it’s definitely worth it, you’ll feel and look so much better.
you’ll see some weight loss after the 1st week because your body is seeing an eating Habit change.
but the 2nd week, try intensifying your cardio a little more because by then, your body will already be adjusted.
*unless you like what you see in the 1st week, which i doubt.
but just keeping adding a few more minutes of exercise.
or maybe change your eating habits a little more.
it depend what’s program you took
It seems to me that your caloric intake is too low. You want to be short a few hundred calories per day, not 1000 calories. Being famished is not a good way to loose weight.
At the office: go and and down stairs if you have them. Walk a little faster to meetings and so on. Park farther at office and store.
