Weight Loss, when will i see results?

I have taken stock of my life and decided to adopt a life style change. I eat low calorie and low fat foods and have started to do exercise in the evenings, this ranges from 40 minutes to 1hr 10 minute workouts with medium intensity, depending on what time i get home.

I would say my daily consumption of food consists of –

Breakfast – 1 large banana and 1 low fat yogurt.
Mid morning snack – Fruit.
Lunch – SlimaSoup.
Afternoon snack – Fruit.
Pre workout snack – Red bull drink and 1 banana.
Post workout meal – Steamed vegetables or stir fry with either chicken or sardine/mackerel fillets.

I am on my 4th day of doing this and so far it is going well. I work in an office so energy use during the day is nil, but i wondered if anyone knows how long it will realistically take to see some results if i continue with the above.

I won’t be signing up for Acai thanks, i tried a free sample, paid postage and then got ripped off by the company. They stated that as i paid for postage i had unknowingly entered an agreement where they tried to take .00 from my account and in return they sent me 30 Acai tablets each month.
