Weight Watchers? point calculator?
hi guys can i use a normal calculator to calculate the points from food or do i have to use there things, if i can calculate it with a normal calculator how would i do that? thank you! bye!

I actually lost 30 pounds with t he help of the weight watchers point system. If you go to a local wieght watchers, even if you dont sign up you can buy the books and they have a points value for everything under the sun in them! I think the books were between 25-30 dollars a few years ago when i was going ( you get 2 books and a food diary for that price). Its worth it for real though. If you join thier website, it has a point calculator, but i think you have to pay monthly for that.

there is a formula you have to follow and i don’t know it right off, but there are some online calculators you can use to get the points….here is one i use…
